Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Anyware (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate images that show a person wearing a garment, based on photos you upload. Results are visual approximations. They are not sizing, fit or color advice, and may contain inaccuracies.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Your Uploads

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo you upload, and that every identifiable person in it has agreed to its use. You must not upload or create:

• images of minors;
• nude, sexual or sexually suggestive images;
• images intended to harass, defame, deceive or impersonate anyone;
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• anything illegal.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to provide the Service to you.

Generated Images

Subject to these terms and to the rights in the photos you upload, you may use the images you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them, including not presenting them as real photographs in a misleading way.

Credits and Payments

• Watermarked previews are offered at no cost within a daily limit, which we may change.
• Full-resolution, unwatermarked images use credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs through our payment provider.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire 12 months after purchase.
• If a try-on fails, the credits spent on it are returned to your balance automatically.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse outside our published API, attempts to bypass watermarks, limits or payments, or interference with other users.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits on accounts terminated for violations are forfeited.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
